Online payment
Some services offered on the Site (live coaching sessions, swing analyses, remote coaching memberships) can be paid for online. Payment is processed by our provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland). You are redirected to a secure payment page hosted by Stripe: the Site does not collect or store your bank card details.
The data processed when you place an order are your first and last name, your email address, your billing address, the details of your order and your payment information. They are used to perform the contract (delivery of the service, invoicing, subscription management) and to meet legal accounting obligations. Julien Simon accesses them from his Stripe dashboard.
Stripe acts as a data controller for its own obligations (fraud prevention, legal obligations) and as a processor for the execution of payments. Some data may be transferred outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR. For more information: https://stripe.com/privacy
Order and billing data are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the legal retention period for accounting records (10 years).
After a purchase, communication with Julien Simon may continue through WhatsApp or video call (Zoom), at your initiative. These services have their own privacy policies.
